24 - 48 hrs

Leisure sessions are booked online, not by phone - the calendar is open 24/7.

Pick the path that fits, fill in the numbers and send it. The more specific you are about the date and the group, the more useful our reply will be - a real quote beats a brochure.

If your enquiry does not fit any of these neatly, use the last option and describe it. We have run stranger things than whatever you are about to ask for.

Every path starts here

  • Leisure sessionBook these yourself in the online calendar - it is faster than waiting on us
  • Kids' partyTwo hours of play plus an hour for cake, from 8 years
  • Bucks or hensA group, an activity mix, and no cake
  • Corporate team building6 or more, at any of our three locations
  • Tuchekoi venue hireOne space, several, or the whole property
  • Something elseDescribe it and we will tell you if we can do it

Questions

Before you enquire

How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 to 48 hours. Email generally gets a faster answer than the phone, because we spend most of the day outdoors.
What should I include?
The date or date range, how many people, their age range, and what you are hoping the day achieves. That is enough for us to come back with something real.
Can I call instead?
For leisure sessions, please do not - and you should not need to. Dates, times, prices, group sizes and payment are all in the booking calendar, which is open 24 hours a day, and everything else is answered on the activity pages. If something genuinely is not covered there, email [email protected] and we will answer in writing. Corporate team building and Tuchekoi venue hire are different - call 0408 614 699 and you will get a person.
Do you hold dates?
No. We do not hold or reserve a date while a quote is being worked through - a date is yours only once it is properly booked and paid for. Peak dates move fast, so if a date matters, book it rather than wait on a quote.

Prefer to talk?

Leisure and parties on one line, corporate and venue hire on the other. Email usually gets the fastest answer.
