Every team-building enquiry we get starts in the same place: someone has a group, a budget and a date. The useful question is the one underneath it - what is supposed to be different about this team on Monday. Communication under pressure, a new leadership layer finding its feet, two merged departments who have never met, or simply morale after a hard year. Those need different days.

So the activities are the delivery mechanism, not the product. We design the sequence around the outcome, brief it properly, and debrief it in a way that connects what happened in the paddock to what happens in the office - which is the part most providers skip.

Formats run from a half-day session through to multi-day leadership retreats with accommodation. Groups start at 12, because almost everything we run is built on teams competing against each other and it stops working below that.

Fourteen activities sit behind those formats - gel blasting, paintball, archery and axe throwing at the Twin Waters arena, plus raft building, laser clay and challenge courses we can bring to your site.
